Terms of service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
The service and these terms
Book & Redeem is an Enjoyable Work app that helps businesses manage prepaid appointment packages, customer credits and bookings. Agencies may connect businesses they are authorized to manage. Customers use the app to view their own credits and appointments.
These are pre-release terms. Public enrollment is not open. The commercial offer below describes the planned launch; viewing these pages does not create a subscription or authorize a charge. Final contracting details will be confirmed before public enrollment.
You must be an adult with authority to act for the business you connect. Staff and customer access requires separate verification. An installation or shared link alone does not grant access to private records. A signed agreement controls where it expressly overrides these terms; the accepted marketplace order controls the selected plan, price and billing dates.
App subscription
The planned offer is one US$29 per-location monthly plan after a 30-day free trial, plus applicable taxes. It is not a permanent free plan. Native enrollment, collection, cancellation and billing records are managed through the HighLevel marketplace. Review its checkout terms and trial end date before confirming enrollment.
Unless canceled through the marketplace’s subscription controls before the trial ends, the subscription is intended to renew monthly at the accepted price. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid a further billing period. Contact [email protected] if you cannot find the correct billing control. Disconnecting the integration is not a substitute for confirming subscription cancellation.
We will communicate changes to the offer before they apply, as required by law and the marketplace. Changes do not retroactively change an accepted billing period. The app subscription does not pay for customer sessions, a HighLevel account or other provider services.
Refund questions
Email [email protected] about an app fee or billing error. Native charges follow the HighLevel Marketplace refund policy, including its request deadlines and trial-related limits. You may need to open a ticket with HighLevel; contacting us does not extend a provider deadline. We help investigate but do not promise a refund the marketplace has not approved. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
A refund for a customer’s appointment package is the selling business’s responsibility and follows that business’s terms and applicable law. Book & Redeem’s credit corrections and refund checks do not themselves send money back to a customer.
Your business’s sessions and promises
The business sets its package price, provides the sessions, explains expiration or cancellation rules and handles customer complaints and refunds. It must have permission to use the connected records and must keep its calendars, staff access and checkout configuration accurate. Enjoyable Work is not the seller of those sessions.
Credits are records of a business’s session entitlement, not money held by Enjoyable Work. They are not transferable cash or a guarantee that a particular appointment time is available. The business remains responsible for honoring valid unused credits.
Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show outcomes follow the policy saved for the appointment. Ask the business about its rules; a change to future settings does not rewrite existing appointments. A booking request can be pending or need investigation. Wait for a confirmed result and keep its reference instead of submitting another uncertain request. Editing an appointment directly in the CRM may require separate credit reconciliation.
If access ends
When subscription access is no longer valid, new app bookings, new package setup and opening-credit imports stop. Existing booking management, records and exports remain subject to valid authorization, provider access and financial safeguards. This is not a promise of indefinite service after cancellation.
Export your records before disconnecting and arrange fulfillment of remaining sessions with your customers. Canceling the app does not erase their credits, refund their purchases or automatically disable your business’s checkout. Revoking the CRM connection stops provider operations. Contact support to coordinate recovery or a data deletion request.
We may restrict access to prevent unauthorized use, protect records, address a serious breach of these terms or comply with law. We will explain the restriction and a recovery path where doing so is safe and permitted. We do not clear uncertain balances merely to restore service.
Acceptable use and your information
Do not bypass access controls, share sign-in codes, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent payments or credits, overload the service or interfere with another business. Do not submit health records, full card data, government-restricted information or other specially regulated content. This service has not been offered as a regulated-data environment.
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You permit us and our service providers to process it only as needed to deliver, support, secure and lawfully administer the service, as described in the privacy notice. We limit access to confidential business records; you must also protect exports and information you share outside the app. Our software, branding and documentation remain ours or our licensors’.
Availability and responsibility
The app depends on connected calendars, the CRM, hosting, email and payment providers. Delays, interruptions and uncertain outcomes can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular booking speed or revenue results. Keep a separate way to contact customers and manage urgent appointments.
During authorized pre-release testing, use only the agreed accounts and data. Illustrations and demonstrations do not prove that every provider configuration is supported. The support team can confirm the setup currently available to your business.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without additional implied warranties, and neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights. No specific governing law, venue or arbitration agreement is selected by this draft.
Support and changes
The Enjoyable Work support team handles support, incident, recovery, privacy and refund questions at [email protected]. Our target is to acknowledge requests within 24 hours, not to guarantee resolution within that time or provide continuous staffed coverage.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. We provide notice of material changes before they apply where required; a notice alone does not waive rights or create consent where explicit agreement is required. The English text is the current version.
