Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Agreement and contract priority
These Terms of Service govern your use of Enjoyable's website, APIs, and hosted MCP code-review service (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
If a signed agreement, order form, Data Processing Addendum, or other written customer agreement applies to your use of the Service, it controls to the extent of a conflict with these Terms. That agreement may contain additional or different terms.
Service description
Enjoyable provides code-review tools that analyze caller-supplied Git diffs and optional source context through web, API, and hosted MCP interfaces. The Service does not promise to retrieve a repository, understand code that was not supplied, find every defect, or provide a particular finding, result, integration, availability level, or roadmap capability.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect account credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. An organization administrator is responsible for authorizing members, configuring access, and removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
Customer Content and data boundaries
"Customer Content" means the diffs, source context, prompts, files, and other material you submit to the Service. You retain all rights in Customer Content. You grant Enjoyable a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide right to host, transmit, and process Customer Content solely to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service and to meet our legal obligations.
You represent that you have all rights, notices, consents, and authority needed to submit Customer Content. Do not submit credentials, private keys, protected health information, or payment-card data unless a written agreement specifically permits that data type. In particular, do not submit protected health information unless a Business Associate Agreement expressly covers the Service and the relevant use.
AI-assisted review
The Service uses automated and AI-assisted analysis. To generate a requested review, Customer Content may be processed by approved model providers as described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated findings can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your environment. You must independently review, test, and validate every result before acting on it or deploying code.
The Service is not legal, medical, financial, security-certification, or compliance advice, and it does not replace qualified human review or your organization's required change-management process.
Acceptable use
You must use the Service in compliance with applicable law. You must not:
- submit content that you do not have the right to provide;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Service, another account, or related systems;
- interfere with the Service, evade rate limits, or probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- conduct security testing, scanning, or load testing against the Service without written permission;
- introduce malware or use the Service to harm others; or
- reverse engineer, copy, resell, or make the Service available to others except as permitted by law or a written agreement.
Ownership and feedback
Except for Customer Content, Enjoyable and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the Service, including its software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you or disclose your Confidential Information without permission.
Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party services, including identity, infrastructure, payment, and model providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Fees and orders
A paid plan, order form, or other commercial agreement may state fees, taxes, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the applicable pricing page describes the current public offering, and we may change future pricing or packaging with notice where required by law.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other that is marked confidential or should reasonably be understood as confidential ("Confidential Information"). The receiving party will protect Confidential Information using reasonable care, use it only to meet its obligations or exercise its rights under these Terms, and disclose it only to personnel and service providers with a need to know and appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Confidential Information does not include information that the receiving party can document was already known without restriction, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or publicly available through no breach of these Terms. Required legal disclosure is permitted after notice where legally allowed.
Service availability and security
We may modify, suspend, or retire parts of the Service, including features in development. We use reasonable safeguards to operate the Service, but uninterrupted availability, perfect results, and absolute security are not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups, review process, and deployment controls.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect security, comply with law, prevent harm, or address a material breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and our handling of retained information remains subject to the Privacy Policy and any controlling written agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ENJOYABLE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be limited by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENJOYABLE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. ENJOYABLE'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF 100 USD OR THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO ENJOYABLE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms to reflect material changes to the Service, law, or our practices. We will post the revised Terms with an updated Last updated date and provide additional notice when required. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the Service.
